Delivery And Returns
UK DELIVERY
MBR MAXIMA will get all orders dispatched the following day.
No order will be dispatched until we have received cleared payment. There are several delivery options available to you which can be selected at checkout.
We only insure 1st class or recorded delivery parcels to a maximum value of £30.00. We will not reimburse any more than this under any circumstance.
If the value of the order is over this amount we strongly urge you to use courier service by adding extra fee postage / shipping charge the service that best meets your needs to your cart by visiting Postage-Shipping fee page from the menu .
In the event of a missing parcel, royal mail do no begin an investigation until 15 days after the expected delivery date. Therefore Mbr Maxima will not replace any missing parcels until after this time.
WORLD WIDE DELIVERY

The cost of delivery will vary depending on the delivery location, weight of the parcel and the value of the order. For Europe and the rest of the world a standard price will be shown as you proceed through the checkout process.

CUSTOMS INFORMATION
Payment of import duties & charges are the responsibility of the customer. Mbr Maxima accepts no liability for fines incurred or loss of orders due to unpaid taxes and charges. Mbr Maxima has no control over these charges and should the customer fail to pay the required charges the customer will be liable to pay any costs incurred in order to return the parcel back to us or to have it destroyed. Until Mbr Maxima receives the products back we will not issue a refund.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not happy with your purchase, return the item / items with proof of purchase and we'll exchange or refund.
If you post a product to make a return, it can take up to 14 days of your returning the item(s) to receive your credit.
Please return the unused product to us within 28 days of receiving your order. Once returned, we’ll refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order. This includes promotional items.
We can’t offer credits or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on the following items:

If you're unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. Unless faulty, we'd like this to be within 28 days of purchase
You must have your receipt or delivery note and we'll credit you the amount for the product purchased
It's important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a resaleable condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused
We will only credit the cost of those items returned
